Whether you are new to etching or have years of experience, you will accomplish plenty in this 6 hour workshop. We will cover the basics of coating our plates with ground (acid resist), creating images on the plate using an etching needle, acid exposure, cleaning, and printing. Paper and ink included, 4"X6" copper etching can be purchased in the studio for $15. This workshop is limited to four participants to ensure plenty of individualized instruction and press time. We'll break for lunch at noon, which can be brought from home or ordered from a nearby restaurant.

Yes, absolutely! Classes and workshops can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours in advance. Classes can be rescheduled to any available time slot up to three months from the time of the original class. Workshops can be rescheduled for any workshop that falls within a year of the original workshop.
