In this 6 hour workshop we will create limited edition multi color relief prints using the reduction method, a technique for achieving multiple colors in a single print while only using one block. Starting at the beginning with basic carving techniques, we will create a three color image through a step by step process of printing the first color, carving away certain areas, and printing the next color. All materials included. This workshop is limited to four participants to ensure plenty of individualized instruction and press time. We'll break for lunch at noon, which can be brought from home or ordered from a nearby restaurant.
